Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.
All doctors, nurses, and therapists at CLSC are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and therefore CLSC does not guarantee continued treatment with a named nurse or therapist.
The Company does not allow its service to be used for illegal activities and fraudulent use of the services is not allowed at any cost.
The company reserves the right to take preventive or corrective actions to protect itself and its customers, subscribers, and users.
The Company reserves the right at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time in order to reflect changing customer and business needs.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without any reason.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately at our registered number.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide CLSC with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. CLSC will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
CLSC Endeavour’s to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately, and fairly.
If however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at CLSC you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone, or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, CLSC will be pleased to help and support you through the process.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
